Mo's Back!

But the scary thing for other teams is that Farns may be back, too. He pitched a very impressive 7 today giving up a fly ball, then K'ing Sheffield and Ordonez on swinging strikes. That was dominance. Abreu had a game changing homer, and the Yanks ended up winning comfortably. They can win the series tomorrow. Go Yanks!!!!!!

A little off topic...

Did Cashman get Betemit to possibly replace A-Rod in the event he opts out?

Any inside info as to what A-Rod/Cashman is going to do?

Great win today and Wang will be back on track tomorrow!

ARod's not going anythere. They got Betemit to play first and give the other infielders a day off when they need one.

ARod will extend with us for about 7 years is my guess.

So 7 years on top of his 3 remaining seasons?

I hope he stays with the Yankees and would be a shame if he signed elsewhere.

I hope Cashman/Boras can get an extension done shortly after the Yankee season is over.

I would love to see the Yankees send Betemit to winter ball so he can learn the 1B position.

Yes on top of what the deal already is. I think he will wind up around 30-32 million per season.
