Good to have the best closer in Baseball come in when you have a 1 run lead and 2 out and 2 on in the 8th. Moose pitched well, Farnz was Farnz, and Mo got the vicious 4 out save. And down on the farm K-Ram K'd 6 in three innings of relief. His AAA era is now .68. Or you can keep Myers and Villone in your pen. Go Yanks!

I have said it before Myers and Villone do not belong here. Hopefully Cash sees that.
I haven't heard any news on bat pursuits since Tuesday or Wednesday. Last heard, the target was still Dunn.

he's the one who didn't pitch Mo on Tuesday. But, that he might have less say about personnel doesn't surprise me.
Joe's explanation about that Phil was that he did not want Mo pitching 2 innings.
Makes no sense. Mo has barely pitched this year, and Joe's big problem has been worrying about the save moren than the win where Mo is involved.
Mo pitching twice a week is more the exception then the rule these days. We need wins, not to worry about saves.
