Demetris Nichols is yet another Knick
The Knicks have acquired the draft rights to Demetris Nichols of Syracuse, seen palming here. This gives them another very athletic, long armed 3 - oh, and this one can SHOOT! Something's up.

i would rather trade balk if we had to trade someone to get lewis
I kind of like what we have now, if Zeke can coach them and we can dumb Dickau and Fred.

As a Cuse fan, I really like the way Nichols picked up his game throughout his career. He had stretches where he was unstoppable.
Unfortunately, he isn't the best defender and he also had stretches where he stopped himself.
But his work ethic is good.
This was probably my favorite move last night. Just cost a second and he is an improving player who can fill it up, and has the long arms and commitment to play good D.
Good Morning Phil!! Across the board we have been considered winners of this draft, and I have to agree. Isola was complaining that this will rule us of going for LeBron in three years..
