Woz is reporting the Knicks are hiring David Fizdale as their new coach. They had 11 interviews and this is what they came up with? Fizdale was fired in Memphis for clashing with their best player, a big Euro. The Knicks best player is a big Euro. After the draft, if they have any draft luck their second best player may be one, too. This seems like another catastrophically stupid move by the Knicks. I thought Princeton was a good school. Guess it's not. The richest franchise in the NBA hired a guy who won't get along with their best player and will probably force a trade for pennies on the return. This is an awful, awful move. Also, Fizdale has no record for player development, which was one of the missions for Mills/Perry combo. Fizdale has only developed an unimpressive resume, and frankly I think they've fired a series of better coaches. Let's hope Woz is wrong, but I doubt he is. They are that stupid.

Not my choice but I am not as down on the hire as you are. He will kiss Porzingis’ ass after that incident with Gasol.
They got a little bitch who will bow to their (Mills/Perry) egos. I now despise both and see their coaching search as self aggrandizing. This guy is unaccomplished in any way, and the graduate of a horrible school.
