Giant Draft Day 3

Through the first two days of the draft the Giants have collected two athletic freaks, in Barkley and Carter, and two surprisinging athletic big men in Hernandez and Hill. Nice stuff and the advantage of having high picks in each of the first three rounds.

So what about Day 3?  The Giants only have 2 picks going into today, unless they trade Ereck Flowers or something. Ideally, they'll find someone who can be developed into an above average RT, and maybe a CB or Safety.  The advantatge of finishing early on Day 3 is they can immediately start calling their UDFA targets and if their scouts have done good work, they'll find more gems.  The UDFA period is generally more fun than rounds 6 and 7 anyway, so let's have a great day.
