Yanks: Bryan Mitchell To AAA

This is interesting:  the Yanks just promoted Bryan Mitchell to AAA.   Mitchell was supposed to pitch for Trenton today.   He was injured a little earlier in the season, and came back with his old one bad inning bugaboo.    But this guy has great stuff when he's on and focused.   And would give them a better chance over 6 or 7 than Nuno can if he can avoid the meltdowns.   This could really work out, and he'll probably get today's start and Thursday's start (Yankee day off, so Nuno can be skipped) to make a case.  If he looks really sharp today, they might hold him off till next Friday to give Tanaka an extra day at the other day, which Girardi said he'd like to do sometimes.
