Yankees: Clarkin Pitches 6 1 Hit Shutout Innings

Ian Clarkin is good.    Man, tonight he walked the first two batters in the first, got out of it, and then got out 9 straight before walking another guy.  Then he gave up a bloop hit off a bat handle in the top of the 5th, then nothing.  Walked the first guy in the sixth, then struck out the side to finish his 6 shutout innings.  He had 7 K's total, and who knows about those walks.  They could not square him up AT ALL.  And he got K's whenever he needed them.  He's on a roll, and they may or may not promote him if he keeps it up.  Lately. the Sally hasn't been able to handle him.
