Mara to Talk Contract With Coughlin

Today, John Mara announced that he will be talking contract with Tom Coughlin.  How that turns out will go along way to determining the Giants future.   If they extend him one year, it might mean they have an exit strategy in mind.  Any longer and they will be liable to lose McAdoo and any other young coach on the staff who'll be lured away by advancement opportunities.   So, there could be even more coach rotation coming up in the next few years.  

Meanwhile, they really have to fix the roster and it may be too big a job for one offseason.
