Giant Update

John Mara and Jerry Reese went on the interview circuit today.   Some tidbits.  First David Wilson will have neck surgery.  Thus, they can't count on him and will need another back.  I think they should be looking for a bigger "thunder" back in the draft.  I don't think they should bring back Andre Brown because he's often injured and ball security is horrible.

It was also learned that Tom Quinn will be back as Special Teams coordinator.  I really see no justification for this.   Continuity is only valuable in the right direction and specials have gone in the wrong direction.

They also mentioned that they have a lot of tough free agent decisions to make.  That's the job.

Finally, looks like Jay Gruden is now the coach of the Redskins.    Delightfully, this is probably  yet another coaching mistake made by the Redskins.  Sadly, it leaves us saddled with the inadequate Perry Fewell as our DC.   Hopefully, that can be remedied before much longer.
