Knicks Make Their Cuts

The Knicks have made their cuts, and while most make a bit of sense, one that wasn't made stands out like a sore thumb.    Chris Smith is a Knick.    Tyler is not.   Diogu and Powell getting cut are not surprising, nor is Leslie who showed almost nothing.   But Tyler is a big with talent, and though he's banged up would have been a much better keep than Chris Smith, who couldn't get run in Central Park if he wanted to.  I hope they have an agreement to pick Tyler when he's healthy.    Meanwhile, Toure Murray, who does look talented and Cole Aldrich who remains big also made the team.

Sounds like JR, Kenyon and possibly even Stat will make their pre-season debuts tonight.
