Rangers Lose in Regulation

Too many penalties, and too little even strength time and the Rangers are now 0-1-2 for 2 points to start the season. Stepan played on the line with Gabby and Richards and they looked very dangerous, Stepan chipped a puck to Richards who sent a long pass to a breaking Gaborik for the Rangers first goal. Unfortunately, the Rangers could only score one more, blowing several other opportunities. They need Staal and Sauer back. Still, they will get over this slow start and be a good team this year, so keep the faith. Go Rangers
