Captain Cally!

Today the Rangers, in a move that was both expected and advocated here, named Ryan Callahan their 26th captain.  Staal kept his A, and Brad Richards was also given an A.   This is obviously a great honor for Cally and he more than deserved it.   Richards has worn A's for Torts before, so it should be a pretty comfortable fit.   Dubinsky and Hank may have gotten some consideration, and that speaks to the kind of leadership the Rangers are developing up and down the roster.  Best of health and success to Cally!  

And btw, the Ranger prospects have dominated their first two Traverse City games.  Ryan Bourque is going off!
