Yanks Prevail After Long Delay

Dodging raindrops all the way the Yanks just managed to win, yet again, 5-3 over the Orioles. Phil Hughes pitched 6 innings of two run ball, but did not figure in the decision. He was also 1 pitch away from 6 shutout innings but he gave up a 2 run jack with two out in the 6th. It was an 0-2 pitch, too. Sheesh. Anyway, he didn' figure in the decision. Posada, Cervelli and Gardner all homered for the Yanks, C and G doing it back to back. Wade got the win after facing 1 batter in the 7th. Robertson pitched another scoreless inning. Mo got the save, he's getting close to the record. The Yanks have 200 innings. The Yanks are undefeated in the Montero Era. Day game tomorrow.

How did Phil look last night? I think the series win at Boston has given this team a big momentum boost.
