Whither Melo?
With the Nets four way trade apparently still at a standstill, and Donnie Walsh apparently trying everything in his power to acquire the inefficient superstar, the question is should the Knicks be trying? Though I have always seen Carmello as a Knick, it would be ridiculous to trade for him at the current prices and with Denver feigning disinterest in the Knicks' best young talent. I like Carmello, but he is a volume scorer who doesn't rebound or play defense up to the levels he has shown in college and international play. He doesn't seem like a carry your team to a title type at this stage of his career. Anyway, what do you guys think?

I think our best play is to wait till FA, and then sign him, as we will can develop the assets to trade for CP3
TBH, there is nothing the Knicks can do to reignite my interest except winning big on the court. When/if that happens, I will revisit the situation.
Fair enough. We haven't gotten return on the investment of our time in many, many, many years.
