Yanks Lose

The Yankees are now 0-1 in the Moeller II Era. For the most part they didn't grind and as in every other game of this inexcusably lousy homestand, they couldn't buy a big hit. Andy was the latest starter to spit the bit. Let's hope they get it turned around soon, because some of the injured guys are going to be out for awhile and they are already 5 games back in the East. Go Yanks.

I can't fault Andy.

Phil, is Montero really already better than Posada defensively? I find that hard to believe, but if so, there's no reason he shouldn't have been the one called up.

He has better pop times and is better at blocking balls. I don't know if he is better at calling games. I do know he's a better hitter than anyone on our bench.
