They decided to hit behind CC tonight, putting up 8 runs, to the 3 he gave up over 7.2 innings. The Yanks got a lot of hits, except for ARod and Po, who left after being hit in the knee with a pitch in the first inning. Cano hit his 6th homer, Swish hit his second triple, and Granderson broke out of his slump with two hits. Jete also had a pair of hits. Joba came in with 2 on and 2 out in the 9th and induced an easy grounder. Mitre pitched the ninth. AJ goes tomorrow. Go Yanks!

Girardi said Po probably wouldn't be available tomorrow.
They were trying to pitch us in all night and ended up hurting someone.
I think Romine's light may have gone on. Hitting .333 and walking a lot more than he used to. Just waiting for Montero to adjust to AAA.
