Almost Done?

George King is reporting that the Yanks could announce Nick Johnson's return as soon as tomorrow. Of course, we've always wanted OBP Jesus back, but let's hope it doesn't preclude adding Matt Holliday to bat 5th. Go Yanks!

UPDATE: 1 year 5.5M pending a physical! Welcome back OBP Jesus!

That's a few more million that I would have liked to commit to a oft-injured DH, but I'm glad the Yankees got him.

It will be interesting to see how the deal is structured, a signing bonus will mean lower AAV calculated, and more budget room.
