Rangers Blow One in Toronto

With a 2-0 lead and about 7 and a half minutes left in the 3rd, Stephen Valliquette and the Rangers managed to give up 5 goals in a four minute span to lose 5-2. The question is, what will coach Renney do about it? He has done nothing to change the #1 power play unit, which failed again tonight. And let's face it, neither he nor their Ranger teammates are getting much out of Drury, Gomez, Naslund, Rozsival and Redden. They are 5 of the highest paid players on the roster, and to be polite, they have pretty much sucked all year. Lundqvist and the kids have been responsible for the great record so far, and the team cannot wait much longer for production from the five named players. Perhaps taking them off of the first power play unit would begin to send a message. Who knows? But something has to change, as the Rangers are far from where they should be, even at 10-3-1.
