Giants Smack Steelers to move to 6 and 1!

Tom Coughlin once again put the team first and disciplined Plax by benching him for most of the first half, and the team responded by hanging together in a tough game, on the road, against a great opponent. What a game! The Giant O was a mess for much of the game, and the refs missing a TD and some holds sure didn't help, but once again, in the 4th quarter, Eli was clutch leading two scoring drives keyed by big passes to Toomer, Smith and a TD pass to Boss. The D was even sharper in the fourth, finishing the game with 5 sacks, 4 picks (Butler, Kehl, Webster and Phillips) and close to 20 hits on Big Ben. This was a huge win against as good an opponent as they are likely to see this year, and though they still need to tighten up some areas, they are improving. Go Giants!

Huge winn. It was not looking good for awhile. Patience was the story of this game. I don't know what Plax's deal is but we won in spite of him. D was HUUGE. Offense came up big when they needed, and they need to tighten some things up.
