Knicks Start Tonight!

And here's the deal: if they play Defense and stay healthy, they'll make the playoffs. If they don't, they won't. They have some pretty good talent and depth, but a lot of the players entering their primes - Curry, Randolph, Crawford - don't play D. David Lee's no great shakes at it either, so unless Isiah teaches them how to at least get in the right positions on D, the Knicks will be at a terrible disadvantage against most teams. The thought was that Isiah's teams would walk through walls for him, but if they won't even make the effort to play D for him, that won't be true. Go Knicks!

Should be a very interesting season for sure both on and off the court.

There was a very interesting discussion about A-Rod on BBI Phil which you had made a few posts. Have you heard anything about A-Rod backtracking now and wanting to return? Also do you agree with Matt's thoughts about us in 09 for the likes of Santana Crawford ect as we will have over 100 million in payroll freed up along with our cost controlled players?

We're gonna have massive salary room going forward. Also, it looks like the Yanks are done with ARod and that's his tough luck. He's not worth what he's looking for and the Yanks have a chance to get and stay younger in his absence.
