More Yanks
The Yanks have apparently thrown in a bid on Japanese Lefty junkballer Kei Igawa. This is not something to get excited about one way or the other, but the Yanks have had some success with lefty junkballers before - Eddie Lopat, late era Whitey Ford, later era Tommy John, Jimmy Key - but this guy profiles as more of a five. His plus pitch is his change, which he may rely on too much. He's supposed to have a good curve, too, but his fastball is mid-80's. Whatever, if he can give us some starts till Hughes and Sanchez are ready, god bless him.
