Yankee Assignment: Get Barry Zito!

I was originally against getting Zito cause I didn't want to pay a #3 starter ace money. But this #3 starter has been remarkably consistent and healthy, even though his overreliance on the curve will have to be tamed and his armstrength restored for the fastball. He gives you 7 or more innings all the time. He saves the pen and protects the high upside talent on the farm. This is a safe bet and it's okay to overpay him a little, if it saves Melky and Sanchez and the other that the soon to be injured Dontrelle Willis will cost. So get `er done, Cashmoney Green.
