I think both shows got better again this week, which is all you can ask a show to do - other than go away or recast a lot of rolls.

Glad to hear it. They're progressing nicely.
They've improved since the pilots. I mentioned it earlier 20 Good Years is from the Frazier model of quality comedy. 30 Rock has gotten better, Alec Baldwin more or less dominated this week and dammit, he'sa good actor!
