The Dominican Mickey Mantle is in the fold at a price that might limit the overall size of the class, but elite talent costs and the Yanks never draft high enough to have access to guys like Jasson. Btw, he is named after Jason Giambi, and his dad is a huge Yankee Fan. Like Mantle, he is a switch hitter, and Mantle and Mike Trout are the only guys he ever gets compared to. The Yanks have a new best prospect.
UPDATE: The Yanks also added Dominican OF Jhon Diaz. Diaz was apparently the #18 prospect in the class, but I’d assume they had him higher. Also the Yanks will probably make a trade or two to get more international pool money. See ya, Cessa?

Yeah I think they have to make a trade for some money now that those two are in the fold.
I would love to get to watch a modern-day Mickey Mantle.
They signed a total of 11 today, so they really have to make a trade because Jasson was 5 and Jhon was 1.2.
