Matt Holliday to the DL and Chris Carter to AAA

Yanks have put Holliday on the DL with his mystery ailment.  So prayers for his speedy recovery.  Also, and unsurprisingly, Chris Carter passed through waivers and has reported to AAA.  Never again!

So I suspect that Cashman is doing what we suggested. The offense sucks except for the two young stars, so maybe young talent will produce more than veteran mediocrity. The question is whether or not the vastly overrated manager is on the same page.

I don't like keeping Carter around.

Nor do I. But I see no way they will add him back to the 40 with the current jam up.
