Okay, the Yanks have just called up 3B Miguel Andujar, who only made his AAA debut last week or so. I assume this has to do with Holliday, or some other injury that's come up in the past 24 hours. The kid can hit. Not sure his glove is there yet, but he has a good arm, too.

Austin has a sore hamstring. If he can't play 1B, will Headley?
If they're going to suck anyway, then they can at least suck with guys who could benefit from big-league at-bats.
They aren't this bad. I don't usually think a manager has much effect, but I do in this case.
Hemmanuel Rosario wasn't drafted, but got $247.5K from @Yankees ($122.5K twd bonus pool). Young C not 17 yet, arm strength. - from Jonathan Mayo --- not sure I've seen it elsewhere
Oh thank goodness. I have been following Andujar for a while.
I believe most anon scouts are basically guys sitting in front of the TV in boxers in either their own or their mom's basement:
Opp team scout said he felt Andujar's promotion to Triple-A was "too fast," but ultimately "he's got the tools to be a major league regular" -- @eboland11
