Rangers Re-Sign Smith 4 years 4.35 per

Can't find my photo of Brendan Smith, but the Rangers have locked him up before the start of FA, so that's one matter of their list, and it's less than they were paying Girardi for his last ineffective years.  Now they have to get Mika signed.
