Rangers Sign Halverson

The Rangers today signed last year's first pick (and second rounder) Brandon Halverson to a three year entry level deal.  That really says he's ahead of schedule, and might also say some guys are behind it.  For example, I'm not sure Boo Nieves has been signed yet and I'm pretty sure Steven Fogerty hasn't, and they've been around longer than Brandon.   Meanwhile, the Rangers finally do have some room and it will be interesting to see if they do sign anymore picks of amateur FA's.
