Rangers: Hank Cleared to Practice

In big news, the Rangers all-world goalie, King Henrik Lundqvist has been medically cleared to return to practice.  Let's hope he's well rested and can regain his all-world form heading into the playoffs.

In other news, no one was called up.  Nash was put back with Kreider and Stepan - who will defer to him, and Hayes was moved up with Brassard and MZA.   Sheppard in now the line 3 C, and UGH, Glass will be back on line 4.

Putting aside the talk from the fringe fans that Talbot should now be the starter, his play has enabled the Rangers to have the luxury of bringing Hank along slowly.

We're going to have an interesting Goalie situation going forward, especially if we can sign the kid from BC.

Hank needs to get a lot of playing time before the playoffs. Based on his uncanny history of always starting slowly, we need him to play something like 9 of the last 10 games to get back to form before the playoffs.

Can be done - he sits tonight, and the 2 over the weekend. Then he sits against the Kings early next week, and starts playing full time after that.

They can get a haul for Cam in the summer, and replace some of those #1's they dealt away, and likely get a better one back.
