Giants in Free Agency, Pt. 4: Cool Stuff
Free agency starts on Tuesday and the best news of all for the Giants is that between the start of free agency and early May when the draft and UDFA period ends, the Giants will have finaly fixed their offensive line. And I don't just mean the starting 5, which only needs a Left Guard or a Right Tackle, but they will also be able to fix the depth and in so doing have OL protection going forward. This should be a massive relief to the Giants and the fan base.
It will be interesting to see how much of it they will take care of right off the bat in FA.

Restructures will be the tell.
I'm not particularly high on Beason (because of injuries) or McClain (Because he isn't good), so I would like to see that addressed in addition to OL, S, and maybe DL.
Normally, I would think Suh isn't realistic, and he probably isn't either in terms of cap allocation or price, but a franchise that attempted to get Haynesworth (or isn't in Suh's class) can't be ruled out.
They ran up the price on Haynesworth for Washington. Just like they did on that Fat Tackle the Cowboys signed in `07.
Sometimes people say yes to an offer that you think they will turn down.
They've done it twice, successfully.
