Giants in Free Agency, Pt. 3: They Tender Fenner

After yesterday's EFA tender Larrry Donnell survived a harrowing plane incident at LaGuardia, the Giants signed their other exclusive rights guy in CB Chandler Fenner.  I actually think Spags will like this guy, or already does.  He's long for the position and can probably be useful in Spags zone concepts right off the bat.  Bit of a sleeper who's already on the roster.

Their other plans seem sub rosa right now, thought their interest in McCourty has been mentioned around the web.  They can start tampering Saturday and then on the 10th they can start signing.  I'd love to see them take the pressure off the draft.
