Yanks Lose

Kluber was dominant and the Yanks didn't score a run all day.  So why the picture of Girardi?  Well, first of all, his short bench made us play Prado, Drew and Ichiro who imitated Johnson, Roberts and Ichiro to a tee.   They're not DL'ing Tex means Kyle Roller is not up, and they have to move Headley to first, where he made a great play, but third was a little weaker.

Beyond that, when it was just 2-0 with two on and one out in the 7th, he couldn't call in Betances and maybe rallied the team, but he used Betances with a 4 run lead last night, so he couldn't.

The Yanks are painted into a corner with this guy's peccadilloes, and it's time to Girardi-proof the roster.  It's clear that Northwestern lowers the hell out of their standards for athletes.
