Yanks Call Up Shane Greene

The Yankees announced that they have optioned Austin Romine to AAA and called up reliever Shane Greene.  This gives them too many pitchers, but also removes, for the time being, the option of starting Cervelli at first.  Greene has been around for awhile, but his control really improved and he's always had good stuff.   He could be part of the pen solution.  It will be interesting to see how he does.
