Rangers Lose Shoot Out

The Rangers were able to overcome a 2 goal deficit in the third, but they were not able to overcome Henrik Lundqvist's subpar play tonight.   What a drag.  The refs had ejected Kreider in the first period after he assisted on Rick Nash's first goal, and the Rangers ended up falling behind 3-1 going into the third.  But a gritty 4th line goal by Brian Boyle and a second PP goal by Rick Nash tied it up.  The place was rocking.   And they would have won easily if Bob hadn't outplayed Hank by a ridiculous margin.   I have no idea what's wrong with Hank, but the Rangers are a better team with Talbot right now, and they need more points.    Let's hope something gets figured out, and that Kreider doesn't get suspended.  They looked pretty flat for much of the game without him.

Kreider should not be suspended. In fact, the Rangers should appeal the Game Misconduct, as Chris slowed down almost to a full stop before leveling Tutin (sp??).

Also, while Hank was a bit off his game early, he was great after the score was tied 3-3. Rangers were outshot 15-3 from the ties on through the shootout.
