Yanks Interested in Brandon Phillips?

Yeesh, now reports have the Yankees looking into trading for Brandon Phillips.  This is a 32 year old 2b with a career .320 OBP.     What model are the Yanks following?   This is another terrible idea.  And what would they have to trade for a name so empty of numbers?   Pass.   Get serious Yanks.
