Report:Yanks in on McCann

Yanks are reportedly in on McCann.   They must hate having the 18th pick in the draft, because McCann should not be worth it.  He will hit homers at Yankee stadium.  But, he does not have good on base skills, doesn't grind out at bat, and is a below average defensive catcher on a team run by a man who is militant about who's allowed to catch for his teams.    And he's gonna be 30, so even if he's allowed to catch some, unless he's a guy with bionic knees like Posada or Pena, he's gonna be another full-time DH soon.    And he'll cost too much for his limited bag of tools.  Pass Yankees.  Some of your best prospects are catchers!
