This Week on the Blog
This week on the blog looks a little slow...
Yankees: We'll see if anyone comes back, if they can get extra international pool money, and perhaps get an inkling if they'll be buyers (bad), sellers (also bad) or stand pat at the deadline.
Giants: They're getting ready for camp. Justin Pugh should sign any day now, and we'll see if they make any more player moves or give out anymore camp invites.
Rangers: They still have to sign Stepan and MZA, thus a trade of some of the chuffa is still in order.
Knicks: After adding Metta World Peace last week, the Knicks could still make some smaller moves to fill out their roster. Good thing they brought in more old after they traded Camby.
Or maybe something unexpected will happen. We'll see.
1 Comments:
After the news about the Braun suspension, and with A-Rod coming up with his date with the suspension committee, there should be plenty of news this week, or into next.
Also, don't forget the just-hit-the-presses news about the Yankees interest in Sori. At this point, this is the only kind of "buy" the Yankees should be making. Don't trade off the kids for a short-term fix, as this season is rapidly fading away.
