Yanks Crush A's as Hughes Struggles Again

Swisher homered and Tex hit a grand slam as the Yanks crushed the A's 17-7. Phil Hughes struggled again and was charged with all 7 runs in his 4.1 innings of work. I think he may need to go to the minors and be rebuilt, like both Doc Halladay and Cliff Lee were earlier in their careers. We'll see. Nice to see the offense explode and hopefully this is a sign of things to come rather than a one shot thing. AJ goes tomorrow. Go Yanks!

They won't do that. They'll either keep him up here taking his licks as a starter, or move him to the pen.
