Rangers With a Slight Surprise

With both Mark McNeill and Tyler Biggs still on the board, the Rangers pulled one out of thin air and went with JT Miller, the 18 year old leading scorer for the 18 and under Team USA squad that recently took gold. Much as I love McNeill and Biggs, I cannot knock this pick. From all accounts, he sort of like a bigger Callahan, and we can never have too many of them. He's a skillsy C, who I'm still learning about and interested to hear about. It will be interesting to see if the Rangers get back into the draft before their next scheduled pick. Both Biggs and McNeill are now off the board. Go Rangers!
