Could it be that Sean Avery is the key to the Rangers? Tonight against his old team, the Stars, Avery went after it like he hasn't in some time, and the team really responded. Avery had 4 points (1G, 3A) in the 5-2 win, but his physicality was contagious and got the whole team playing tougher than I've seen them play all year. This was a great game! Gaborik, Kotalik, Drury and Callahan had the other goals. Hank could have had a shutout as both goals given up took bounces of Rangers first. Still it was a good night for the Rangers and it may be time to start talking about them again. Go Rangers!
