Six Straight!

Vinny Prospal scored two first period goals, including the 200th of his career, and the Rangers never fell behind as the played a sort of sloppy game against the Kings and still managed to win 4-2. Hank had 34 saves and Boyle and Gaborik chipped in the other two goals. Gaborik's was sensational as he glided down the left wing and beat the goal with a bad angle laser. Once again, the Rangers had a down second period and let Hank get hit. Someone has to step up and make an example of the next player who tries running Lundqvist. It's really got to stop. Del Zotto had two more assists and is really looking special. It was a tough night for Mark Staal, who drew a couple of penalties and was on ice for at least one of the King goals. Torts will have a lot to coach up after this one, but wins are good and the Rangers have won six in a row. Go Rangers!
