AJ Burnett K'd 8, walked 1 and gave up 3 runs over 7 innings as the Yanks got mad at the Texas Rangers for hitting Mark Teixeira twice and pounded them 12-3. 3 run shots by Matsui and Posada were the highlights, though, on a quiter note, Brett Gardner got Padilla to balk when he was dancing off third at one point - that was cool. I guess the message is don't hit Tex. The Yanks were down 3-2 when the fateful pitch was thrown, and up 9-3 before they were done with their half of an inning. This may be a very special team. Pettitte goes tomorrrow. Go Yanks!
