Tortorella or Schoenfeld?
Stories are swirling that either Jim "Have another donut" Schoenfeld or John "Get the f*** out of here" Tortorella will be the new coach. Schoenfeld currently works for the Ranger as AGM, but coached most of the young player when they were in Hartford. Tortorella is a former Ranger assistant who went on to win a Stanley Cup with the Tampa Bay Lightning as their head coach. Both are sort of fiery, with Tortorella being ruthless when it comes to poor play. Torty also seems to have the same relationship with goalies that John Gruden and Steve Spurrier have with QB's. That will have to change if the comes to the Rangers. We should know any minute which one it will be. Go Rangers!

I think so, too. And I think there's gonna be some front office shuffling, too.
Our cap guru needs to go as well... Are you hearing Messier being hired as ASST GM, and Schoney taking over GM w Slats moving over as Prez?

That is what my source told me, but he has not been able to confirm it for sure, but he hears like you are front office moves are coming..
That would be splendid.
