Rangers Re-Sign Girardi and Tyutin
Girardi got a two year extension and I have yet to find the details of Tyutin's new deal, but along with the Lundqvist deal, it's good to see the Rangers identifying and locking up their young core players. That's what winning teams do. Keep it going, Rangers.

Dellapina reports that Tyutin's deal is a four-year, $11.4-million pact that will run through the 2011-12 season.
Good to see we are locking the youth up. Now lets go get Boyle and take our chances.
No need to re-up Mara Malik Roszival Straka Shanny or Jagr imo
agreed. We have kids who can play both ways and score enough amongst them to make up for what we're not getting from Shanny or Jagr right now. On the other hand, I think they both might be hurt rather than done, and we could see one or both take off in time to help us win this year.
