Yanks LOSE

Yanks fell back below .500 with a pathetic loss to the DRays tonight. They showed precious little fight after Roger Clemens put them behind the 8-ball with a 3 run second. Homers by Posada and Matsui (who had had an otherwise miserable game) got them within 2 in the 8th, but they refused to rally off a pitcher with a 5+ ERA in the 9th and now must win the next two to leave town over .500. The relievers other than Vizcaino were horrible. Edwar Ramirez didn't get into the game.

Any news on the trade front?

There's been some noise about small target's and you still hear Dunn some, but not like you did a few weeks ago. Something will probably come out of left field close to the deadline.
