Giant Great Amani Toomer Out for the Year
Today, the Giants took a massive hit as their all time leading receiver Amani Toomer was ruled out for the season and will have surgery to repair a partially torn ACL. This is a blow to the offense as Amani has been a clutch receiver and made an unbelievable number of big catches for the Giants, this year and throughout his underrated career. The Giants were wise to hang onto Anthony Mix, another big receiver who I had rated right with Marcus Colston last year at draft time. Get well soon, Amani! I hope the Giants can still get you your ring this year.

Toomer being out kills me. Along with tiki, he's a top favorite Giant and a player I look forward to seeing each week.
agreed. But, we should be able to overcome this.
Toomer has really been under appreciated by too many "fans," but they can overcome it as long as Plax's back spasms subside.
