Nick Gates Listed a Starter at C

Nick Gates has been named starter at C on the Giants initial depth chart. This is fantastic news, especially if he means he can settle in and become part of the line's future, keeping us from spending a high pick on a C next year. Corey Ballentine is starting at CB opposite James Braderry. Kick returners are Darius Slayton and Darnay Holmes - both of whom are FAST. Golden Tate is listed as the starting punt returner, but it could be CJ Board. Jackson Barton is listed as back up OLT, and Peart is listed as back up ORT.  Let's hope he takes over at some point. Peppers and Love are the starting Safeties, so Logan Ryan doesn't have a spot in the base D as of now.  Of course, how often will they be in that?  It could be prerry positionaless in the back seven or deep four.
