Gumby Returns

After missing the past year and 3/4ths, or whatever it was, Jordan Montgomery returned for game 2 of the Summer Camp Series with the Mets. Holy smokes, did he ever look good.  His fastball was was 95 and his change had some Bugs Bunny to it. His breaking ball was also getting swings and misses. You'll remember that before he got hurt we loved watching him make them miss. He had it working again, and that's a great sign for the Yankees. 6K's 1BB and one groundball single, and a double through 5. Montgomery left after 5, up 2-0, courtesy of homers by Judge and Sanchez. Good night for the farm, so far!
