Yanks Win on Prado Walk Off Single

It was another big game for Martin Prado who had a 2 run shot and a bases loaded single to win the game in the 9th.  The Yanks had fallen behind  3-0 in the first on an Abreu karmic homer, but then Greene and the other Yankee pitchers held them scoreless for 8 innings, and managed to catch up and finally beat them in the 9th.   Good Friday Night Win for the Yanks.

Yes, good win, but if they can be sellers to desperate playoff teams before the 31st, they should do it. I would trade anyone over 30 making money.

So would I.

Sherman is reporting that they may go to a six man rotation in Sept., and stick with it next year with quotes by Rothschild and Cashman.

That mean they are all coming back because Hal couldn't break away from his long lunch to think the problem through

I've long bemoaned the Yankees for not being innovators, so I'm certainly open to them trying a six-man rotation if they feel it would keep the starters healthy.

BTW, LINJ, you're not going to like this quote:

Yanks loved rusney. Saw 20-HR power. But bowed out in $40M range. luxury tax implications likely figured once prado came.

Personally, I think they would have gone all in on Castillo if they really liked him a lot.

That's a shame.
