Rangers Get a Point

By all rights, the Rangers should have won this one in regulation, but Marc Andre Fluery stood on his head and robbed them all night.   Also, the refs missed a clear slash that would have given the Rangers a two man advantage late in the game when they were down 1-0.   Rick Nash tied it late, but the Rangers weren't able to score in the shoot out and lost.   Clowe had his first fight and did well.   They seem like a different team, and even though they only scored one goal,  they continued to generate great chances like they did the other night.

Down in Hartford, Chris Kreider had two assists in his first game back, Jesper Fast had a goal in his first game ever, Marek Hrivik scored a goal in his first game back from concussion, and Christian Thomas added an assist.

They seemed to have a different energy last night even though they lost. We need 2 points tonight in Carolina!! I liked the effort.
